Floor tile bevelling machine BMV 600 4 + 4

The machine calibrates and bevels modular marble tiles or tiles, refines geometric and shape tolerances (square plan) and also performs bevels of various sizes, called bevels, on the four sides of the visible surface.

Structure of the machine

The 600 bevelling machine for marble is made up of 2 stations, each equipped with two gauging and bevelling groups, which perform the processing to the set size, on the 2 longitudinal sides and on the respective 2 edges of the exposed face of the tiles or tiles.

A motorized tilting diverter is positioned between the two stations, which receives the tile from the first station and sends it to the second beveling station, perpendicular to the arrival one, in order to perform the processing on the two remaining sides.
