Automatic incremental axis milling FMV Frecontrol 3600-625
Automatic incremental axis milling FMV Frecontrol 3600-625
The Officine MV presents their Frecontrol 3600 machine for stone processing, an innovative bridge saw that is easy to use (self-learning) and with programmable work cycles.
The versatility of technological solutions for processing marble and granite on slabs that the Frecontrol 3600 can satisfy coincides both with the needs of the most sophisticated type and of sophisticated architectural / artistic value of the small laboratory.
Cutting tool (Disc) has a diameter of 625.0 mm.
The sliding stroke of the tool holder carriage is 3,600.0 mm.
Structure of the machine
The Marble Bridge Saw, model Frecontrol 3600, has a supporting beam built in thick steel, which rests on 2 sliding tracks (parallel beams – Axis X) fixed with special bolts on the reinforced concrete shoulders (walls).
Carriage in hardened steel, to which the frame of the Spindle holder saddle is rigidly applied, driven by screw and ball screw nut with relative reduction gear and asynchronous motor. The kinematics and the rods with bushings ensure the vertical positioning of the disc tool, called the spindle up-down axis (Z axis).
At the lower end of the primary saddle, the secondary saddle for motor-spindle is applied, which can rotate 90 ° (Axis A).
Painting performed after total sandblasting with multilayer bi-component colors. Control panel on the machine and easy to use.
The disc carriage runs on hardened wheels along the beam, on which there are 2 “V” -shaped sliding tracks (Y axis), capable of guaranteeing great speed, precision and durability. All moving parts and sliding tracks are covered with protections and bellows to prevent dust and water from damaging the machine.
The sliding of the wheels (with the relative bearings) on the “V” guides and the rack transmissions of the X-Y Axes are lubricated in an oil bath.
All the movements of the Axes are driven by Asynchronous Motors, movements transmitted to the machine by means of hardened gears and racks, ground with controlled play.
Axis movements in alternation (Axis Increments) controlled by Asynchronous Motors, which allow the automatic movement of the Axes, once the machining program is defined.
