Machine that performs multiple longitudinal cutting of slabs into narrower strips at the same time, for the production of tiles or tiles.
The machine is able to perform this processing on marble or granite.
The cut is made parallel to the sliding direction of the strip.
Structure of the machine
The structure of the Automatic Multiple Trimming Machine consists of a belt bench with automatic movement on which the plate rests.
The alignment of the slab is ensured by 2 manually adjustable longitudinal blades.
The Tool-holder Bridge supports 4 or more Electrospindles that perform the cut to size, moving along the transverse axis (tool advancement, called Y axis).
All the sliding of the Tool Holder Saddles (Y Axis) and of the Disc Return Holder Turrets (Z Axis), take place by means of trolleys constrained on linear ball guides loaded with medium preload.
The set height, which determines the distance between two adjacent tool discs, sets the width of the tile.
The height between the discs is obtained by moving the respective carriages or saddles by means of selectors arranged on the console or push-button panel.
